Lead Generation Specialist
Bulldog Solutions seeks an energetic Lead Generation Specialist to work alongside our Sales and marketing teams and make the initial prospecting calls into our client accounts. Prospective clients are attracted by our unique marketing events and innovative market reputation.
Responsibilities
· Contact leads via telephone and determining interest level, technical readiness and budget availability.
· Evaluate and qualify sales opportunities
· Identify decision makers
· Identify prospect needs/questions and interfacing with appropriate sales, marketing, and technical team members in order to meet those needs.
· Present products, articulate ideas and services via telephone
· Engage in prospecting activities including webinars and user conferences
· Schedule full product demo sessions
· Develop close working relationship with marketing and sales personnel to handle daily interactive functions.
· Up-sell products and services
· Overcome objections
· Receive, manage and qualify inbound solicitations
· Maintain prospect database in Salesforce.com
· Send follow-up communication
· Participate in sales administrative duties
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of inside telephone sales experience, B2B preferred
· Experience in telesales/telemarketing required
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Positive attitude
· Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivated initiative, able to meet quarterly sales quotas and exceed goals on a consistent basis, manages time well and has the ability to increase overall revenue through lead generation
· Ability to convey information clearly and concisely
· Professional in attitude and appearance
· Reliable and disciplined
· Good work ethic and integrity
· Proactive prospecting skills
· Possess excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills
· Strong personal initiative, does not require much oversight; works independently

Description of Relationships and Roles
This position has no direct reports. However, the role of the Lead Generation Specialist is to build effective cross-functional relationships with team members to develop a collective vision to ensure the client's business needs have been met. Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of obtaining results without direct report authority.
